Our capabilities enable us to offer our clients a complete range of construction services, whether we provide our services as a General Contractor, and/or Construction Manager. We will assemble a dedicated team of in-house professionals to meet each project’s particular requirements.

General Contracting

Shannon provides complete “turn-key” commercial construction packages for new construction and renovation projects. We self-perform all carpentry, drywall, acoustics, plastering, concrete and demolition which typically constitutes a significant percentage of the overall project.

Construction Management

Our Construction Managers are experienced in the overall planning, coordination, scheduling and budgeting of our projects from early development through to completion.

Wall & Ceiling Construction

Our Wall and Ceiling Construction team are experienced in light-gauge metal stud framing, light-gauge metal trusses, batt and rigid insulation, exterior insulation finish systems, metal lath and plaster, non-structural metal stud framing, gypsum drywall, acoustical ceilings and acoustical wall panels.
