Sean McTigue

Sean immigrated from Co Leitrim, Ireland in 1989. Prior to founding Shannon Contracting, Inc., he was the owner of Target Contracting and Target Custom Homes. His 22-year construction career spans all phases of construction. Under Sean’s leadership, Shannon Contracting, Inc. has developed into an innovative and competitive construction company. Sean manages the day-to-day operations including all functions of the business including construction operations, strategic planning, marketing, business development, human resources, client relations, finance and negotiations. In addition, he oversees estimating, project management, planning, and implementation. He has a hands-on approach and takes on a “Whatever it takes” attitude to complete each project.

Mike O’Neill

Mike directs day to day onsite supervision of field labor force including foremen, subcontractors and other construction related personnel. He is an expert at ensuring quality control, compliance and monitoring project costs including labor and material.
Mike maintains open communication with clients, owners, architects and engineers in order to efficiently manage job schedules and ensure all activities take place on or ahead of schedule.
